Friendly staff, very helpful and considerate. They explained in quite a bit of detail so I went through the signing of my home loan doc's quite painlessly. Or rather informed 🙂
Offices are set up tastefully and warm. My only suggestion would be to put up better signage on the roadside (unless I missed it). But definitely the non regulars in the area would miss the entrance on that relatively busy road.
