I would not recommend using this company. They informed me at the last minute that they would not proceed with my case, citing a low probability of success. Their justification was that, since I had not made any payments, there was no burden on me. While Tinashe and his team were polite in my interactions with them, they appeared to prioritize cases that required minimal effort. Due to this late notice, I had to appoint a professional attorney on short notice—something I would strongly advise others to do from the outset rather than relying on this firm. My overall experience was disappointing. After requesting formal confirmation that they would no longer represent me, I received an email allowing me to proceed with my new lawyer. Despite the challenges, my case was ultimately successful.
