Massively disappointed. I asked for assistance in making a payment arrangement and was told I have to do it myself. REALLY. What srrvice am I paying for. Paying R4000 a year for someone to do my tax return with no further assistance Waiting for 2 months for my issues to be resolved. E mailed the consultant dealing with my case. Promised to assist and call back. I'm still waiting for that phone call. Spoke to someone from their customers service department in December who promised to get someone to assist. She told me I would have to wait 2 days because they were having their Christmas party. I'm still waiting for that follow up call s month later. Going to cancel my membership. BIGGEST waste of money ever

Terrible experience I've had to wait more than 4 hours to get attended to and they repeatedly took out money from my account without my consent till this day I haven't gotten that money back, I've been trying to cancel ever since. I still have more to share about my experience. Policy no 807705 I want my money back

I just want to say thank you to sisi Nonkululeko. That child has respect and always has a smile when i visit the branch and i like that she gets a legal advisor to assist you without waiting for a long and always offers refrements. My experience will legal and tax services has been wonderful so far.

Had to cancel the policy today after so many years with them. First time claiming and my matter was left hanging, no claim form received as promised to date. I had to follow up every time to get status updates, no sense of urgency and was being told excuses for delays, but no delays in debiting my account every month. My patience ran out. I didn't get the benefit they claim to provide

I would like to give the biggest applause to counselor Shaun Schreiber.
Shaun is very dedicated to his duties as a prominent representative. He handled my predicament with such precision and made it his personal duty to make sure I survived it. I have never felt so safe under the circumstances.
Shaun will be the reason why I will have a healthy and long lasting relationship with the business judging from my past experience. We definitely need more counselors like Shaun. Promote him if needs be, increase his salary, whatever it takes to retain him. Because of this young man, I now feel super safe to be a part of your company.
