Customer Reviews
I would strongly recommend going to any other escape room.
To start, the venue was incredibly difficult to find. There was no clear signage or indication of where it was located within the complex. Once inside, the place looked more like a chair storage room than a functioning business. There were no advertisements, décor, or anything to suggest it was an entertainment venue.
We were given a rule: "Anything marked in red should not be touched." However, we ended up being stuck and, when we asked for a clue, were told to open a box marked in red. Seriously?
The condition of the room was just as disappointing — everything felt like it was falling apart. It was hard to tell what was part of the game and what was just broken furniture or irrelevant props. The locks were rusted, and some key mechanisms were clearly broken.
Escape rooms rely on immersive storytelling and cohesive puzzles — but here, the artifacts and clues felt totally disconnected from the supposed story. This became even more frustrating when asking for help, as the hints did little to clarify anything.
Also, if a room is designed for seven participants, don’t let two people take it on without adapting the experience. The puzzles weren't scaled, making the whole thing unnecessarily difficult and unenjoyable.
To top it off, the staff member who gave instructions and clues did so with zero enthusiasm. It felt like he was just ticking a box rather than creating an engaging atmosphere.
Definitely would not recommend this escape room.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. The equipment and clues were so bad. Looks like absolutely no maintenance has been done on anything since they opened. There are some things that can easily be fixed to make the experience a whole lot better.
We did not even get a full hour, closer to 45 minutes.
Enjoyed the experience, but was very disappointed with how run down everything was

Well first impression was sad.... Broken furniture, open dustbins, should have vendor machines available or retail fridges on hand for refreshments. Needs an upgrade for sure. Reception area is a danger zone sign your liability waiver before you enter. Walkie talkie very bad comms... Should limit people to a room. Needs work won't refer anyone....

Half the stuff doesn't work, you are told not to touch most things because it will break and they don't have money to fix it, the website booking system doesn't work and when you phone them, they don't answer. Finding the place is a challenge itself as there is no signage.

That was lots of fun. Be prepared to use your brain. The 1 hour just flies. Will definitely be back soon.
