Wonderful service, the staff are super friendly and always willing to assist. Rooms are neat and clean. Great variety in food options. Game drives are good, had some amazing sightings and learnt a lot from the rangers

Bush breaks don’t offer really good travel advise. I was shocked by the price of lodges in and around Kruger Park. So the person at Bushbreaks recommend I stay outside the Kruger at one of their special lodges. The lodge was good dont get me wrong but in reality the lodges in the Kruger included all the game drives which would have landed up substantially cheaper and more convent to stay in the reserve. So be aware of that. The consultants don’t advise you they are not on your side. The other really annoying feature of Bushbreaks is they charge you extra for a credit card payment which I think is against the Usary Act but I’m not certain about this. This is the second time Bushbreaks have let me down so before booking with them check all the aspects of what you are getting. Sometimes specials are nothing more than a ruse to get you to book through them.

Slow response on emails. Invoice almost double as the offer we saw. The excuse was the included game drive but if you pay for the game drive at the park it is R128p/p Ridiculous.

Very dissatisfied with Bushbreaks second year in a room I ask for a quote ,I give the go ahead to book and the agents come back sorry we quoted you wrong.Very unprofessional and disappointing.
