What ever you DO be very careful in dealing with these attorneys, especially if you are a buyer, we paid over R170 000 in transfer fees, and they were only interested in representing the seller. terrible service. incredibly terrible service. We had to spend over R69 000 to fix defects which was not disclosed, and then the money which was put in trust, well that ended up being a problem as well. Just be careful.

It took 4.3min to have an abrupt women answer the call. Then requesting to speak to a certain person was interrogated as to why I wanted to speak to this person. Seriously just to get confirmation that she was employed there at MMR. Then being put through to another person acting as if she was the person. Susquently they have lost a client as I will never give them work again.
