Mukuru

Mukuru Hillbrow i dont even know where to begin. Website says open 8.30 but we waited until 9.15 for doors to open we stood in the line for almost 3 hours its now 11.32 still outside we havent been helped at all. The main reason is that we have someone selling line positions together with security on duty. Please kindly sort this out mukuru we cant be waking up to hold queues while others just come pay and get service while we stand outside. What is the point then of queuing if you ca just buy the position and be first to be helped why not just add ob the website that positions are sold so that we know and collect from others branches

Im highly disappointed with mukuru head office in johannesburg power house they are not professional they refused to give me my money because my passport expired in jeunary this year 2025 but other bank here in south Africa are still helping in case like collecting your money or deposit now I understand why it's not easy to be a Zimbabwean using a bank of other Zimbabwean. I came all the way from vereeniging to johannesburg without money to come back hoping I will collect my money even if my passport expired but the fact that I want there in person so I can't get my money so I can use it to renew my passport they refused and again there are not professional they ask you to go and get help from agents who are setting outside, and those agents they don't have privacy they ask your personal information and the problem you are having I front of public lessing to our conversations, I was followed by a stranger who has been lessing to our conversation outside mukuru office he was now offering to help me asking me to send him my money in he's account so I can collect it. Where is the safety of your clients mukuru if you are now treating us like this at your offices I want to know who is the owner of mukuru and why is he so ignorant to this point if his agents treating us like this

This is the man who sells line position works together with securities by the door. We had to stand for a whole 3 hours while this man was busy making money. Fustration is an understatement. Mukuru Hillbrow if you cant provide service do let us know so we can visit other branches rather than sitting here and watching you guys do as you please
