Specialist Physiotherapist Nasreen has been treating me during my recovery post my initial knee injury, as well as with a plantar fasciitis flare up. Nasreen works into the joints and muscles and she works on the body holistically and the body holistically. She aids her patients to attain muscle strength and their goals very fast. She is an epic combination of a podiatrist, chiropractor and a specialist Physiotherapist all in one!
Furthermore, she is presently treating me post my ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery on the same knee and my rehab and recovery is moving smoothly, attaining each milestone within days of her physio sessions.
She is one Physiotherapist that I know of, who conducts visceral manipulation on her patients, to ensure holistic healing. She is only the very best!
