Was helped by Mr Hadebe who said all the fridges are out of stock and l was given a fridge which l found it faulty the following day l tried calling but l couldn't get help till today I'm still having a faulty fridge what hurts me is l paid it cash with the money l hardly saved for months

I opened an account a few months back with the shop and was told that I could make a purchase of 25000 in total,took furniture worth of nothing more than R10000. Sibusiso called me yesterday to tell me of the special that the shop is running. I got there and was interested in buying more furniture but told me that I had to open a different account to make the purchase. Please explain to me why I need to open a different account when I already have an account with you? It honestly does not make sense.
