Visited them in March 2020 before lockdown. Called them in Sept 2020 to inquire about a product I saw there in March, Mohamed was extremely helpful and efficient and had found the item I was referring too. He kept the item aside for me and my fiance flew (we're based in CT) in on 25 sept to buy the item. My fiance was also impressed with the service he received from Mohamed when he got to the store!
