I had high hopes for this service based on the positive reviews and my initial conversations with Ross, the owner. He was very professional at the start and confidently outlined what he could deliver. Everything seemed promising in the beginning, and I was thrilled to have a beautiful ring custom-made by Origin Diamonds, working directly with Ross. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been deeply disappointing. The ring was slightly too big, so we arranged with Ross to have it resized. Initially, this seemed to go smoothly, but when we received the ring back, it was evident that nothing substantial had been done. Within just two months, the ring began to deform, causing the stones to fall out. We contacted Ross immediately, but it took him nearly two weeks to respond. He assured us that the ring would be collected and repaired, but that never happened. I attempted to follow up multiple times, but Ross stopped responding altogether. It has now been over three months with no resolution, and I am left with no choice but to have a completely new ring made elsewhere. I never expected this kind of experience from Origin Diamonds, let alone from the owner himself. This has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Origin Diamonds to anyone.

This is a very well deserved 5 star review. From the moment I met Rosco, I knew that he was the right jeweller to be in charge of the most important day of my life being my engagement! Rosco was able to take a picture I showed him and turn it into a reality and I must say, he exceeded all of my expectations! Rosco was extremely helpful, incredibly responsive and all round just had a fantastic experience working with him. I will definitely be using Rosco again because of the great customer service experience, the high level of professionalism and he is also just an all round great person to work with!
