Oxford Maternity

I sent an email about an appointment a week ago, but I have not received a response. I attempted to call multiple times and finally got through to someone, who was extremely rude. When I inquired if I had reached Oxford Maternity, the response was simply "no" before the call was abruptly ended. Despite trying to call back several times, there was no answer. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Oxford maternity offers world class services at medical aid rates. They were there for me throughout my pregnancy journey and this was important to me because I’m a first time mom. They offer comprehensive services and go overboard in linking one to other services they may need (doulas, antenatal classes, breastfeeding advice, postpartum recovery etc) Take advantage of this. It has been paramount in my journey. A big thank you to Dr Sparks, who felt like a friend during difficult days. She’s friendly and cheerful while also professional. Dr Phasha who regularly saw me for my consultations. Dr Rietief who helped deliver my twins naturally . I felt empowered and respected as they respected and supported my decision for my chosen mode of delivery and it was a great success. Nicholett at the front who was always warm are kind. Sr Amber who was a call away when I had questions and the other members who came to see me after I’d delivered to congratulate me, this was rather special for me. My overall experience with Oxford was nothing short of amazing. The only down side to the entire experience is that it’s over. i would recommend Oxford maternity to my dearest friends and loved ones

I had an amazing experience with Oxford Maternity and very highly recommend! The staff are above and beyond - friendly, helpful and professional! Dr Retief delivered my baby and was so caring, calm and competent and I felt I was in the best hands! I moved over from another gynecologist because I was struggling to get appointments at convenient times and it was the best move for me. I got appointments straight away with Oxford at times that fit my schedule! Thank you Oxford Maternity for making it such a smooth and wonderful experience, we are so grateful!

My journey with Oxford Maternity was nothing short of amazing. They create a comfortable doctor - patient relationship which puts you at ease for your upcoming delivery. All round they were professional, kind, informative and most important patient. I was able to deliver my baby in the best hands. I stumbled across Oxford Maternity by accident while looking for another birth unit and I am grateful for that accident. Every single individual at Oxford Maternity is kind, gracious and friendly. The wait times for appointments was nonexistent. The appointment itself was not rushed and the drs are very thorough. Every single concern was taken seriously and followed up at the next scans. Dr Ngubane did all of my scans until she left and was always so kind and friendly. Always made us feel assured. Dr Phasha took over and she was always so calm, friendly and allayed all my fears. I met Dr Retief for the first time on delivery day and he too was warm, friendly and helped us bring our rainbow baby safely into the world and for that we are grateful. Dr Lisa with her warm smile, thank you for the check ins and insuring I was ok post my surgery. Sr Amber, Nicolette, Megan(lactation consultant) thank you for your kindness and support! May God bless you all and may you continue with your good and blessed work. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough! What an incredible bunch of people
