Evans did a great job of arranging for our cat to move from SA to UK. His attention to detail and his friendly helpfulness was a delight. The whole experience was very good and Jasper arrived safe & sound.

They quoted me R1982 to transport 4 degus(similar to a gerbal) 90km really a rip off don't even bother with a quote also there sales person is rude and think she is a rocket scientist and owns the world, also they take ages to get back to you they will never have the honor of calling me a customer daylight robbery

Covid19 has not made things easy for anyone. We moved to the UK in March 2020 leaving our furbabies in South Africa with my brother until my hubby and I had found work and a pet friendly place to live. Little did we know that the UK would go into lockdown just 10 days after we moved here. Fast forward to 9 months later, cancelled flights and endless sleepless nights filled with worry wondering when we would see our babies again, we finally got some good news. Kendal Pietersen our lovely consultant from PETport made what seemed like an impossible dream come true. She never gave up even though the odds were stacked against us with the UK going into a second lockdown. We are finally reunited with our furbabies and they are settling in to their new life in the UK. Thank you to Kendal and everyone we have dealt with at PETport for making this all possible. If I could rate Kendal from PETport 6 Stars I would! We have just had 4 Domestic Cats transferred to the UK with PETport. I cannot emphasis enough just how professional Kendal was and how she showed complete passion and empathy throughout the entire process. She kept us updated on a regular basis and made sure everything went according to plan. The Cattery at the PETport offices is well kept and the cats are very well looked after. Kendal is definitely a valuable asset to PETport's business. We realize these are very difficult circumstance with the pandemic, yet you all continue to operate with efficiency and professionalism. Well done all at PETport!
