Family Pet Centre - Pet Shop Fourways

Had a great experience at the Family Pet Centre. Good service. Good recommendations. Good prices. Saved myself some money but more importantly Family Pet Centre helped me save my pond and fishies.

Disgusting place. Has one rabbit available to be pet by multiple people. The rabbit is terrified. Your African Grey is stuck in a tiny glass box. Have some respect for the animals. I see the tiny glass cages has been brought up before in previous review done 2 months ago, nothing has been done since then. Continue giving you generic response where you mention: "improve our enclosures".. clearly you don't do this.

Excellent, very large pet shop with absolutely everything you need for any type of pet. Extremely, friendly, helpful personel. Highly recommended.

We have been a loyal customer of the family vet and pet store for over 2 years now. We are continuously impressed by their outstanding service and exceptional quality. From the moment we first visited their store we were supplied with user-friendly and well-organized options as a selection. The wide range of products they offer is truly remarkable, catering to every possible need for out Pitbull. Their customer service is second to none. Every enquiry I've made has met and they treat our fur baby with so much care and passion.

I am in shock! I took my 2 green cheek conure parrots there 2 weeks ago to get their wings cut. I don't know what was cut, but my one parrot almost flew away just now.........If it was not for a big bush tree in my yard where she landed on, she would be gone now! I am nauseous of shock. What was clipped? There was one feather of each bird on the floor.. I will in my life never ever go there again. I almost lost my feather baby due to this! I am in disbelief and furious as to how this almost just happened. I also need a refund to go and get it done properly somewhere else.
