The store was very neat and clean. I was greeted by friend staff and their were willing to assist.

I have spent R1600 at this store, just having moved to a Malanshof, the carrier which I could not see the outrageous price of from it being 3 metres above me in the store, now is not refundable despite not having used it visibly it being in completely perfect condition. The best part is that at the point of sale on the 31 of May, this was not mentioned at any point in time, the pathetic sales team did not mention that not one item from this store is refundable. I spent up to R2000 on my cats ons a monthly basis and will NEVER shop at cat box again. On top of the fact that this ridiculous non-refundable policy is not verbally expressed at ANY point during sale it is literally the 10pt fine print on-top of the cage which is not pointed out or highlighted in any way. Cat Box is the worst store I have ever visited for my cats, would not recommend over my dead body.

Nice shop, good people and cheap price. We are breeders and have a cattery in Johannesburg and bought this scratching post really cheaper! Our little sphynx is very happy!!!

They have really nice cat treats, that I've not seen anywhere else. My dogs hate the treats I chose - maybe I should take them with so they can choose for themselves
