Crazy Pets Meadowdale Mall

If I could I would not give it any stars. Management is so rude. Before they would give pensioner's discount on a Wednesday. Now they demand a copy of a pensioner's ID which is against the POPI act.

Ok prices on dog food. No generator so that makes the store useless and obsolete in the a country with continuous and planned blackouts. The attitude of the staff also left allot to be desired, the lady acted like I was interrupting and inconveniencing her. I would not recommend this store and I’m sure with our current situation and terrible service it’ll be the master of its own downfall. Will be finding another more reliable food supplier.

The shop is always clean, full of fun things for your animals and friendly staff. I really enjoy going to this store, they have a wide variety of things your animals will enjoy. They may not have exactly what you are looking for but they will definitely have something for all pets.

Friendly yet not so eager to assist with information regarding products in the sense that you have to wait for assistance after asking for it. Overall its an awesome shop with great producs. Looks great and super neat. Convenient and recommendable.

It is sad to say that everytime I walked into this specific shop I received no service whatsoever except for the cashier ringing up my items and to be quiet frank that is fine by me as I know what I need for my fur kids but it is sad that the few times I send my wife into the store whenever I can't make it to go myself ,that the men and guys that work there just watch my wife struggle to pick up a 20kg bag of dogfood and try to put it into the trolley. It is common courtesy to help a woman pick up heavy items and even worse whilst loading into the car shame on you Men that work at crazy pets! Never have this problem at pet zone the staff are friendly and absolutely helpful from the second you walk into the store till the moment they help you when you leaving. Maybe crazy pets should send their staff over to pet zone for customer service training
