Such amazing service from this online store. I ordered on the morning of the 13th and received my order before 10am the next day! I'm in a different province, so was not expecting delivery to be so quick! They are also super helpful, if they don't have stock, I reach out to them and within 24 hours I am notified that stock has been uploaded to their site. There was a mix up in the delivery addreas for a cat tree that I ordered. Melanie arranged to have it collected from my home and re-routed to the correct address. From the date of order to the date of delivery at the correct address, this entire process took 6 days! I was kept in the loop on what was happening from the time I realised the mistake. My daughter has just received the cat tree. She is over the moon and I know that her cats will love it. Thank you for your superior customer service and for going the extra mile when you really didn't have to. It is so appreciated
