Wonderful team of groomers and staff. I've been going to Thembi for almost 10 years. Under her guidance, the newer groomers are doing an amazing job too compared to other branches I've been to. I travel over an hour and zero regrets.

Beautiful shop with great customer service, we will definitely come back!! They have a great grooming service area which is transparent and visible to everybody - the two Alsations being groomed whilst we were inside the shop watching were 'in heaven' and seemed absolutely at ease with their handlers. We are going to make an appointment and definitely try these Guys out - our dog is sure to love them...

Not sure what made this shop think they are qualified to sell live animals (fish). Their staff are uneducated and ignorant about animal rights and the basic needs of captive fish. On their counter was a Siamese fighter fish kept in a fish bowl as big as my hand. It didn't have much space and it had no plants or anything of interest. Worst of all it didn't have an oxygen pump to oxygenate the water and the fish lay near the top where it had made bubbles. When I complained to the staff they had the audacity to show me a flyer stating the fish did not need space or oxygen. Suffice it to say I laid a cruelty complaint with the SPCA. The fish are being kept in inadequate conditions. This branch has gone down the drain. First they lost someone's dog during grooming, and now animal cruelty. Furthermore the staff are obnoxious and rude - they were laughing because I complained about how the fish are kept and they need a serious attitude adjustment, as well as training. If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted by this.

The gent that attended to my dog 2 weeks ago really did a fantastic mess of a job. Hair is cut untidy. My poor dog had nics and cuts on the inside of his legs.

I booked 2 of my dogs in with them , when I went to pick them up, the staff was very unfriendly and they didn't even bring my dogs out of the back neither did the person at the front desk even tell me I can even go get them or anything, I went there on my own and when I went in, there were no staff in the back. I was knocking and calling and no one was answering. I came back out to ask the person in the front where the staff was and how do I get my dogs...she Said I must take them out of the cage myself .... eventually the groomers came in from outside and one of the dogs didn't even have dog perfume on him which i asked them to please put on him. I asked for the fur to be cut on his tail as well and this was not done. From the unfriendly staff from the phone calls I had with them to the physical pick up to the grooming, I am really unsatisfied with this service.
