From start to finish the process was easy & we felt supported. We flew our beagle from South Africa to London. Her crate was delivered a week before, communication was great & the quotes for the flights were very reasonable. The paperwork was done easily with the assistance of Mel! Would recommend!

I dealt with Melanie and the service was appalling. Not only did she communicate badly (when she bothered), but she messed up the papers, caused extra expenses, and my poor old cat ended up in horrible quarantine conditions for 4 days whilst they could not get the paperwork together (I did it myself in the end) and he arrived hungry, dirty in his own filth and very traumatised. It is almost 4 months later and he is still not completely recovered.
