Such a brilliant vet! Our poor kitty had to have a lot of teeth removed, and both Grant and Phillippa were brilliant. We were updated constantly throughout the day, and they answered all our questions with genuine patience and care. We were really put at ease. The practice itself is incredibly well-run, organised and clean. The receptionist, Karen, is also so warm and friendly and made us feel at ease immediately. It’s clear that all these people care deeply for animals. You can absolutely put your trust in them.
