Its been a while since weve had spur, and yes they delivered on flavour. Staff were friendly and welcoming, food was good.

Samanthas service to us was the only highlight of the resturant duration,but unfortunately the dinner was absolutely grotesque ,my one friend ordered the double patty burger which was dry to the centre,my one friend ordered a medium rare stake was was only fried on the outside,but completely blood raw in the centre,i ordered the sirloin steak which was also completely raw,the spinach had no flavor,and the butternut had not life in it,and dont get me started about the onion rings...

Went to Spur earlier today and my little one fell ill before our food arrived and started throwing up. I don’t know what I would have done without the amazing staff that came to my rescue. I didn’t even know where to begin cleaning him up and the staff just took care of everything, from cleaning him up, changing his nappy and clothes and then cleaning up the tables. They literally just asked me to move to the next table and they would see to him and clean up. They were so very kind, caring and helpful when I was so overwhelmed with the situation. The lady smiled and happily saw to everything while she chatted to my boy and I telling us not to worry. They even quickly changed our order to takeaway so we could leave. Pensacola Spur and staff will always have a very special place in this moms heart, I am forever grateful ❤️

One star is too much, you order a collection order and after an hour when u pitch to collect they make you wait another hour ,poor service quality in terms of delivery to satisfy customers
