This company kept on changing dates on when my documents for my provident fund where received to delay my pay, they first Said they where received on the 6th Jan then changed said the 8th now when it's the last week of the 4 to 6 weeks wait they say they only received them on the 31 of Jan, and my January investment has not being processed,,,,, like why?? I suggest you have a legal team ready when claiming from this company, I also have a Fund that hasn't received a contribution in over a year they don't want me to withdraw,,,,

These guys are The worst Financial Company I have ever dealt with. No care what so ever for customer service, don't care to reply to emails, don't care to assist. I submitted my umbrella withdrawal almost 4 weeks ago. It's not even a large amount NO payment yet. And now seeing these reviews of people complaining about their terrible experience and non pay well over 6 weeks from claiming I am I horror that corporate companies even use this Fund Administrator. Last time I claimed Sanlam from withdrawal paid me in 8 day It was a similar amount. They replied to all my emails in a timely manner. So I know now for sure something fishy is up with Robson Savage . Please just pay me my money (UPDATE!!!!!!! Tom from RobSav Replied to this Review in a Timely Manner and explained to me the different Processes Funds use, He reassured me and stressed that Robsav has my Claim and has processed it without any issues)

It's well over 6 weeks funds reflecting in my account my Emails are not being answered Mary-Ann Savage disappeared on me just merely asking for an update, now my account is on R0,00 without an explanation, I am truly dissatisfied with them Tenant will always be my best Provident Fund to date mxm.
