They have got everything for the home under one room. Electronic like television, washing machine, electric kettle, iron, sandwich maker, air fryer, side bed lamp, and fans. Furniture includes couches, office desks, chairs, TV stands, and more. They also got groceries on the ground floor. The only issue here is they have got few attendances on the isles to assist. Items prices are reasonable.

I have been standing here for 15mins and noone in sight to help. And its not the first time I have had to hunt for assistance in the shop. Disappointing service! Lulama finally came to my rescue. Thank you for the great assistance

It's pathetic a company as big as Game they can't update they trading hours. You website says you open at 8:30 also trading hours in stores but at the store they open at 9:00 it's misleading fix it for you customers convenience.

When you return a faulty item they put it back to the shelf. I bought two items, when I got home I realized they were faulty and took them back. The guy who assisted me literally packed the items in the shelf for the next customer to buy. It's true what people say about game stores, they sell faulty rejected items.

Went today to buy sound bar,the service was so bad ,they had it on display,when i told them i wanted to purchase it we were told it was out of stock,they were so arrogant,asked to talk to the manager (Doris)and instead she too had a stinking attitude,was it because we were black or she assumed i couldn’t afford what i was looking for.Customer service is very bad,soooooo sooo bad,its like they are doing us consumers a favor,they have an i dont care attitude.Especially the guy from the speaker section Im still not happy about the service,i still haven’t bought the sound bar and hoping to buy it from another branch.
