iStore Rosebank Pre-owned

Bought an iMac from the Online Store and received a lower spec unit!!! Fraudulent Bait and Switch tactic. You will FAIL to get a human on the phone, but forced to use email and whatsapp. Turns out they don’t have the unit I ordered. I then had to go through the whole process of returning the item via Korea while I am working, so I have to have people come to the house pick the unit up. I received the replacement unit, however they are deep scratches on the screen!!! So here I go again, having to return the second unit!!! Avoid at all costs.

I was so excited to get my preloved iphone only to not be able to use it. I inserted my sim and there was no service and after diagnostics and checking with their technical team i need to go to a store for an evaluation. Thats pathetic if you ask me.

They have bad customer service ever. I ordered a phone for my lil Cicy. They delivered her phone without a sim tray. I applied for return process . They sent a courier to collect it. It’s been 3 weeks now. My phone is not back. I call they don’t pick up, they don’t respond to my emails. I texted their Facebook page they responded that they won’t be ably able to assist me. Guys I lost both my money and my phone to that company and they do not care

I ordered an iPhone for my sister from them and their service was terrible. Skynet is an even worse company. They failed to deliver my phone and when I called to ask what happened they said istore made a mistake with my order but when istore called skynet to find out what happened, skynet told istore that I wasn’t available which is a lie. I wish I had read all these reviews before making my purchase. They are a terrible company that will lie and defame your character and not even give you your product. I’ve been blowing their phones out trying to ge5 hold of them. They are terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM: THESE PEOPLE
