The quality of the flowers is no longer great. I bought roses on Sunday, I’ve had to change the water in the vase on Monday because it was dirty. The flowers never bloomed and Wednesday they are dead and I have to get rid of them. This is the second time the same thing happens. Same thing happened in December and I thought I’d give them a chance. I’m gonna buy my flowers from Dunkeld from now.

Alot of goodies and gifts to choose from. Some are readily packed or you can make up your own hamper. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their freshly picked flowers. The shop is ideally located at the entrance/exit of the mall which makes it easy to do some gift shopping.

I love this place!! They have a good variety of flowers, the assistants are so friendly and helpful, they help you make up a bunch/bouquet in no time. In addition, there are a range of add-ins available to make your gift special. Imported chocolates and snacks, plush toys, candles, cards, balloons, vases, plants, you name it. The location is also great, right as you enter Parking 2 at Melrose Arch, which, in my book, is a huge plus. And finally, their prices are reasonable

Flowers died within 2 days - happened twice. Went to ask them and they said I must be the problem…not great customer service from management at all. However, the employees that work with flowers are WONDERFUL people. Picture is day 2 of flowers.

Can I give less than 1 star? Manager unhelpful and rude when we complained, service was slow and prices high. I ordered 2 balloon arrangement and was told not to knock them against anything. The one popped 5 minutes later without any knocking. No refund or replacement offered. Will never shop there again. The manage was rude to my daughter when she took it back to show them. Paid a lot of money for nothing.
