Thank you for the delivery today for my birthday, and while the flowers were okay, the delivery service was excellent! The driver was, courteous, and ensured the package arrived in perfect condition. It’s always a pleasure when a service is reliable and professional. A little more attention to the arrangement of the flowers would have made it perfect, but overall, the experience was positive.

I loved the easy ordering and paying process of your site. The flowers were so fresh and really beautiful, it had the receiver in tears. The only thing was that my request for a delivery in the afternoon was not adhered to, it was delivered in the morning.. not so cool. If the request could not be met for whatever reason, please advise as such, alternative plans can be made. Stepping up on this will definitely set your company apart from the rest.

I live in Ireland, so to spoil my loved ones back in SA I often need to rely on companies like Petal and Post. I purchased a bunch of flowers, and other goodies, yesterday to be delivered to my mum today, just to spoil her and show her we're thinking of her. I am absolutely blown away by the quality, service, speed, and attention to detail. Second to none. I got a thorough report back from my dad (for reference to see if I would use them again), and he was beyond impressed. My mum also loved the attention to detail, like the matching ribbon and the patterned wrapper. I could cry. I LOVE finding gems like Petal and Post.
