Pandora Concept Store East gate Mall

We visited the store Sunday 8 December and were helped by the very lovely Lebohang. She was super efficient and helpful. We needed three matching chains and she advised us that we would get a free item with each chain which was a great deal. Lebohang you are truly a great asset to Pandora. Thanks for your patience and friendliness♥️♥️♥️

From walking into the shop until we left, it seems working at the shop is a chore. We were met with dismay. My son was looking for a specific ring. There was one left and the shop assistant simply refused stating they can't sell display items. Why display something you don't have. Customer service is non-existent at this shop.

Sales staff do you a huge favour by serving you. Rather shop online then you don’t have to deal with people like that.

I purchased a Pandora tanzinite ring for my girlfriend and a month later a stone fell out. So I went back and exchanged it for a new one where the manager assured us that the stones would not fall out as per our concerns however month later after receiving the new ring 2 stones fell out and we took it back and the manager gave us a hard time asking for our refund. She stated she could not give our money back only give us a gift voucher which we did not want as we do not want to repeat our mistakes of shopping here anymore. Highly disappointed especially with the manger of the store as we understand its the product qualities fault but does not mean the manager has to treat customers with absolute disrespect. Will not shop again.

I bought a few charms and got the free bracket as a present for my fiance for Christmas. Unfortunately the bracelet didnt fit. I went to the store on the 27th of December and was told that they were out of stock, but as soon as they have stock they'd let me know. I tried calling on the 8th of January but their line seems to be out of order. I sent an email instead and on the 12th I still had no responses. I posted on their Facebook page and was told on Saturday that they would get back to me. I tried calling now on the 15th and their line is still down.
