Fitness Network (Gym Equipment Supplier)

Absolutely atrocious delivery service. Arrived in a truck with two guys who said it was too heavy to carry. It was loaded onto the truck at the depot with a forklift. They appeared to be under the impression that I would have enough staff hanging around at my house to offload it from the truck. The choice I had was for them to open the box and help them carry the components in individually, or have them take it away again. I should have gone with option two and not accepted the delivery. Instead I reluctantly agreed to let them open it and we carried the pieces in individually. Only after they had unpacked everything in the back of the truck, without any idea of what had to be done, did I notice that they had cut wrapping that had warning signs on it to NOT CUT until the treadmill was in place. It took a lot of sweat to get the extended parts being held by that wrapping flat again, and I could not get one of the bolts in when assembling the treadmill. All in all and awful experience and not what was exepcted when purchasing a premium piece of equipment.

I purchased the Force G1 back in 2023. I wanted to test it's longevity & it has delivered. Very good design and sturdy, strong & durable. Not one of the 'made in china' specials. Fitness network sells good quality. The only down side was that the after sales tech was abit inexperienced and tried to bullshit a bit but nothing major. I also purchased weight plates, also worth the money.

Exceptional help and guidance on selecting the right equipment for my purpose and all querries were answered with confidence. Once invoiced and paid, which was a very smooth process too, delivery was unexpectedly fast, with accuracy, and then the install team were similarly spectacular arriving 5min ahead of arranged time, completed, neat, packed away, I literally got home, got onto the gym and worked out without any further setup or adjustment. Spectacular team all round.

Everything from quotations, to payment and shipping, is communicated clearly and efficiently. I never had to send an email or make a call to find out what was happening with my order - I was always notified and kept up to date. The delivery and installation process was even easier than placing my order. I made payment and received my order 2 days later. The same day my order arrived, I received a call from the installers who were readily available and arrived early the following morning. I can say with absolute certainty that Fitness Network will always be my business of choice when it comes to gym equipment.
