Bridal Wardrobe is absolutely amazing! I visited the Melrose Arch branch and was met with welcoming, friendly faces who they immediately made me feel comfortable and special. The whole process from finding my dream dress, payment arrangements, alterations and collection was phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough if you are wanting a dress that will not only suit your personality but be altered so well that it looks like it was made for you. I had the absolute best experience at Bridal Wardrobe’ Melrose Arch branch! Mari was my consultant and honestly, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and made the whole process feel fun and stress-free. By the end of the appointment, I found the dress… my actual dream wedding dress! I’m so grateful for her kindness and support — such a special moment I’ll never forget.

Bridal Wardrobe was everything I could have asked for and more on my wedding dress journey! From my chats via email prior to my appointment, to the actual appointment itself, to the alterations and the final collection. Everything was perfect. Anzel was so incredible at my appointment, having picked out and ready all the dresses I had seen online that I loved, including one that I thought was and ended up being "the one". I never felt rushed or like I was being indecisive, she was just so supportive. My dress was incredible, and the spectacular seamstress Sonia was just an absolute joy, the kindest and funniest person, she altered my very complicated dress perfectly, and it fit like a glove! Thank you to the incredible team at Bridal Wardrobe for making picking my dress an absolute dream! ❤️

Visited your Melrose Arch store early December. Quite a disappointing and underwhelming experience, this was my first choice of store for my dress fitting experience and it definitely took the excitement out of my experience being treated like you're being done a favor and your budget is too low to be assisted in a welcoming way, we were treated as if we didn't deserve to be assisted with the dresses because we weren't the preferred clientele, the lady that assisted me was quite sour and I felt totally judged due to my budget not being within the preferred range I guess. After my experience I would not recommend any of my family & friends to visit the store due to the underwhelming service I received.
