I really enjoyed my time at the Spec-Savers Rosebank mall. The eye test was alright. What really stood out for me was the service I received from Becky who works at the front desk. She was very patient and helpful when I was undecided about the frame. A very friendly, welcoming and charming lady. Thank you so much!

Iv been a Specsavers client for 16 years however the service iv recieved at Rosebank branch is appalling, it’s horrendous to say the least and shocking at its best — i came in to make an inquiry mid January as i broke my glasses & needed a new pair asap — iv set an appointment atleast 5 times and its February now and each time im met with an attitude or one reason or the other as to why i cannot get assisted ,firstly the commute to the store is both my time and money and im treated as a non factor as a paying client ,from reception, Veronica acted as though i was a nuisance to a point she couldn’t even answer a simple question of what time slot url had available and speaking loudly until the other patrons shook their heads in dismay.. to me being late to my appointment of which I communicated and was sent away … despite the bullshit i still rescheduled TODAY I ARRIVED AT 13,04 for my 13:00 appointment i stood and waited damn near 10 mins to only be informed i cannot be assisted as i was meant to arrive 10 mins before which in all the other 4 appointments iv made i was never told so — i was told they cannot help me as its already 10 mins later and the 13:30 booking confirmed and ild run into that booking ….IM absolutely livid and have opted to switch to Torga which took me in after url casted me out like a stray dog ….. THE EXPERIENCE IV HAD DEALING WITH THE ROSEBANK BRANCH IS SOMETHING I DONT WISH ON MY WORST ENEMY.
