They have got everything for the home under one room. Electronic like television, washing machine, electric kettle, iron, sandwich maker, air fryer, side bed lamp, and fans. Furniture includes couches, office desks, chairs, TV stands, and more.

They also got groceries on the ground floor. The only issue here is they have got few attendances on the isles to assist. Items prices are reasonable.

When you return a faulty item they put it back to the shelf. I bought two items, when I got home I realized they were faulty and took them back. Absolutely atrocious delivery service.
Arrived in a truck with two guys who said it was too heavy to carry.
It was loaded onto the truck at the depot with a forklift. They appeared to be under the impression that I would have enough staff hanging around at my house to offload it from the truck.
The choice I had was for them to open the box and help them carry the components in individually, or have them take it away again.
I should have gone with option two and not accepted the delivery.
Instead I reluctantly agreed to let them open it and we carried the pieces in individually. Only after they had unpacked everything in the back of the truck, without any idea of what had to be done, did I notice that they had cut wrapping that had warning signs on it to NOT CUT until the treadmill was in place.
It took a lot of sweat to get the extended parts being held by that wrapping flat again, and I could not get one of the bolts in when assembling the treadmill.
All in all and awful experience and not what was exepcted when purchasing a premium piece of equipment.

I purchased the Force G1 back in 2023. I wanted to test it’s longevity & it has delivered. Very good design and sturdy, strong & durable. Not one of the ‘made in china’ specials. Fitness network sells good quality. The only down side was that the after sales tech was abit inexperienced and tried to bullshit a bit but nothing major.

I also purchased weight plates, also worth the money.

Once invoiced and paid, which was a very smooth process too, delivery was unexpectedly fast, with accuracy, and then the install team were similarly spectacular arriving 5min ahead of arranged time, completed, neat, packed away, I literally got home, got onto the gym and worked out without any further setup or adjustment. I dealt with Ruan Kruger who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He’d always respond to my queries within a few minutes and truly went above and beyond to assist me. He not only advised me on the equipment I’d need, he also reduced costs by applying discounts for the items in my order and followed up with me long after my order was delivered.

When you’re buying products online, communication is extremely important for the customers’ peace of mind. Everything from quotations, to payment and shipping, is communicated clearly and efficiently. I never had to send an email or make a call to find out what was happening with my order – I was always notified and kept up to date. The delivery and installation process was even easier than placing my order. I made payment and received my order 2 days later. The same day my order arrived, I received a call from the installers who were readily available and arrived early the following morning.

Bought my son a size 13 in late November took the shoe back in December. The store didn’t have anything I liked. I was told to come back in Jan. We come back and we are told they can’t exchange without an original receipt but we had one in picture clearly displaying all the relevant information for them to confirm on their system. I’m disgusted that such things should be referred to an Ombudsman at this day and age.

This is a very large shop, with some bargains. Yet, there are many others like this one in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
This is the worst service I have had in years. The staff is really unhelpfull and the manager not worth discussing the extremely long queue and only 3 pay points open. He said he is sorry, after I asked him 3 times, but didn’t lift a finger to open more pay points. This shop is not worth your valuable time.

Worst experience I laybyed a sneaker 11 February 2025 when I went there yesterday 1 April 2025 to take the sneaker out all to find out they sold my sneaker to sombody else and then I was asked to describe the person who took my lay-by I told them who they say they have two guys that are light in compelxion and tall after I’m told they can get me another one out of Johannesburg since all sportscenes at guatend don’t have the sheo anymore then I’m told they can get me the sneaker to be here after 2 weeks now I’m asking my self why two weeks cause when couriers take 3 to 7 working days to arrive
