Leatittia and her team were simply amazing to say the least. Whether it was advising us on what, how or when, this is an absolute expert team! We emigrated under quite a rush due to new employment and had to delay our dogs flight due to European regulations, despite these hurdles, Leatittia and the team made absolutely everything possible. Our four legged kid arrived 90 days later, Talbot took care of everything and our dog was in the best hands we could have hoped for. The arrival in Germany was super smooth, whether it was the vaccinations, customs control or the German state veterinary approval to enter the country. Everything was absolutely prepared to the T. We are so pleased that we found this agency who genuinely care for our pets wellbeing and do everything possible to make sure they are comfortable and safe before they fly. I must also mention that Lilly had redundancies in place for Mittens flight checkin due to planned SA unrest. When we realised Mittens would fly the same day as potential unrest we called Lilly, and she immediately listed off her plan of action should there be any issues. This really made us feel like our pet was in the right hands and we are so grateful for all the extra effort! We are so thankful for Candice and Talbot pets international for assisting us in getting our 2 dogs to Malta. They organised travel for our dogs from Cape Town to Jhb, and then onto Malta. Due to lockdown restrictions our dogs were unable to get onto their first flight, so Candice looked after our dogs for nearly 2 months. She sent us regular updates (pictures and videos), fed them great food and cared for them as if they were her own! When our dogs arrived they were very happy and healthy. I highly recommend their services.

I cannot express how thankful i am to have found Talbot Pets, they have gone over and beyond the requirement to ensure our three Hounds were safely fetched in Johannesburg and safely delivered from Heathrow airport.
