He was hands-on from start to finish, continuously communicated, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Relocating is stressful, but JP took one less stress away. I have to say A Big Thanks to JP ，my doggy already landed to New Zealand safely, really appreciate everything they did. They are definitely professional and love to answer me all questions even when after-work hours 100%. I can feel that they really love doggy, and will take care of my baby nicely . And one more important point is that they let me know all process ongoing and UPDATE timely. They assist the flights re-arranging without any additional cost. We all know that pet relocating is NOT one day job so keeping update is really helpful I will give Highly Recommendation for every services what they offer. This is a great experience I had .

If we could give The One Pet Relocation team more stars, we would. Transporting our 4 cats from SA to Rotterdam was something we dreaded. It's for that reason we took choosing who would assist us very seriously. JP was hands on from the start and did everything within his power to make sure all our questions were answered and needs were met. We hit one or two bumps along the way which JP sorted out with ease. He has a keen eye for details which allowed us to sort issues out with paperwork before it escalated. We're incredibly grateful and elated that our babies arrived safely. Being kept in the loop each step of the way (through phone calls and WhatsApp messages) allowed these two very nervous cat parents peace of mind.

We moved to Sydney, and One Pet was the only agent who explained the process step by step for our Boston to come home to us. During all the flights ZA to Sydney to Auckland to Melbourne, JP kept us up to date where he was and how he was. Harvey joined us a year after us moving, staying with family until he was ready to fly, however there were times he stayed at One Pets Kennels while my family were away, during his stay we were provided with pictures and updates. JP has a way with Animals and becomes their best friend. When JP collected Harvey the first time to take him to the vet and he bought Harvey home, Harvey was following JP out the door instead of wanting to stay at home. Thank you for all the love and Care you showed Harvey and us, during an emotional process and making it as easy and simple as you possibly could.The Walkers

My African Grey Diesel arrived in the UK tonight. After a long 4 months waiting on permits and certificates Jolene and JP were so helpful and encouraging during the whole process. They have big hearts when taking care of our loved ones and I am ever so grateful to them for taking care of our Diesel. My heart is so happy to be reunited with our boy.
