Do not purchase from this online store. I ordered on 19 March 2025 a Petmate Bench Dog Seat Cover for Cars × 1 R 529.00 plus other items and never received it. Three emails later and absolutely no response. It is now 16 April 2025 and still absolutely nothing.

9 days of not receiving order for me to email them where my products were. They replied the next day saying out of stock. Wow - thanks for letting us know. What if I never followed up. No initiative nothing. Unreliable at best.

Serves me right for not reading the reviews before purchasing.
Let me start by saying that whatever customers are reporting regarding this establishment, take heed.
Placed an order on the 10th January, got an email on the 14th saying "Order is Dispatched" waited a couple days,order didn't arrive.
Contacted them around the 16th, call was answered by a gentleman who is a master passive aggressive agent.
We are told to read their T&C's as they are still within the time frame for delivery and are not overdue. Cool. However, they were experiencing some problems, so now he can only dispatch my order on Thursday, which means I'll only receive it the following week.
(So that email saying dispatch happened on the 14th is what exactly?)
Now, the delivery timeline will lapse.
At this point, I say to him, "ok, since this is now the case, let's just cancel the order, and you can refund me." He says, sure, but there will be a handling charge on the refund.
I argue that he hasn't even shipped the item yet, so what handling charge must I pay for? Again, he points me to his T&C's, stating that it's all in there.
I'm frustrated at this point as it's apparent now as to what I'm dealing with. I say fine, take the handling fee and refund the balance.
Radio silence from him after this. Three weeks later, I got another email saying my order was dispatched, I responded and said, I do not want the item and want my refund, no response. My doorbell rings today, and the item is at my door. A whole FIVE WEEKS later.
Now, I didn't get the refund and no longer have a need for the item as I had purchased it elsewhere in the meantime.
The desperation in needing to force this sale on me, even after I was willing to lose the 'Handling fee" speaks volumes.
I will never support this business again. If you decide to, do so at your own peril.

I placed an order on the 4th of February. It has still not been delivered, wihout any updates. I have emailed from their contact enquiry and a 2nd time from my own email address. I'm moving on the 17th and still no reply from them. I rated 1 star because there isn't a zero option.

My first order from this online store. Never again. . Unproffessional customer service. I have been waiting for a product since 02 December 2024. I do not get any replies from e-mails, and my calls are not answered or returned. If you click on the Whatsapp link on the web site, the page is not found. My order shows as fulfilled, but my last product is still missing.
