Tati is amazing! I’ve loved her from the start. From when I discovered the Pink Room back in March last year. She always does amazing work. I’ve really been traumatized by other nail salons and she has supported my nail journey all the way! She shapes them to my liking, measures them, asks my opinion all the time! Her communication with me is exceptional and I love that! Every client should be able to voice their opinion on their preferred nail outcome. Tati always listens to me and is patient which is what I LOVE. Best believe I’ll be there for EVERY nail appointment.

I recently visited The Pink Room Beauty Co. for a deluxe pedi with gel and had a generally mediocre experience. Service: 2/5 The staff were friendly and attentive, however I felt a bit rushed during my appointment… my partner was also butchered by the trainee they allowed to do the work that she clearly couldn’t do and that made it difficult to fully relax. An appointment that was meant to be an hour for both of us, because I booked it that way, took over two hours! Quality of Work: 2/5 The treatments were not expertly done and took way longer than the allocated time. I left the salon feeling very frustrated. Ambiance: 2/5 The salon is noisy, extremely hot as if the heaters are turned on and it’s also very crowded.. not the best layout. Value: 2/5 Prices were reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall: The Pink Room Beauty Co. delivers beauty services that dependent on the day, your experience may be different. Suggestions: - Be consistent with the experience you’re trying to create - Allow more time for each appointment, treatments feel very rushed - spacing out of the different services/stations would be great… it’s a little cramped in there - turn your AC on, it’s summer! Will I return? Probably not.

I just got my nails done by Keisha, and I am absolutely obsessed! She is incredibly creative and knew exactly what to do with my nails. Her speed and precision are unbelievable,I was in and out with a flawless set in no time! Every nail is perfect, from the shape to the design. If you’re looking for a talented nail tech who delivers flawless results, Keisha is the one,I highly recommend!
