Car @ Wash at Clearwatermall

I asked the valet very nicely to not pull hard on the hand break, I had dirty materials in the bak of my bakkie. Got back after 2 hours. All the dirty things put in the front, and the hand break was pulled up to the drivers ears. 2nd time there, 2nd time disappointed. Never go there. Save money, go somewhere else.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USE THEM!!! SO if you want a Shitty manager with a bad Attitude AND if you want your Car scratch...Please use them!!..My brand new car got scratched ...And was told it was not them..BRAND NEW NOT EVEN A WEEK OLD????? WHY ARE THEY STIL OPEN CLEARWATER???

*update* unfortunately a bit too late to come back and fix it as you only responded 2 months after the clean was done, the car has definitely been in use since. Had a full wash and detailing interior done.... after inspecting the car, the underside hadn't been cleaned, the door frames hadn't been wiped of dust, and it seemed that the inside had only been vacuumed and surfaces briefly wiped down. Had to go around the inside and outside and point out areas they had completely missed, left after a while with still marks inside as I became fed up because it seems they completely missed the instruction of detailing (once the head person came, they all kept repeating detailing and detailing, I had asked about this and apparently they had missed the instruction of detailing) so it seems I got a last minute rushed inside job. Disappointed especially the price I paid and what I was told it included.

Worst Wash i've had in a long time, car stood for 40 minutes after being washed to move to the drying bay, they where nit even busy, about 8 finnished cars were taking up bays, waiting for their owners, windscreen is streaky and car is full of dried water spots.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I experienced at the Clearwater mall car wash, I drive a low BMW and the manager parked my car on the pavement after it was washed. My car is scratched and when I approached the manager he walked away and did not even apologies for what he has done. NOT A GOOD SERVICE. THE OWNER Doesn’t answer their phone and comes and comments lies here! See proof attached.
