You can be friendly at the highest magnitude but if you're unprofessional as a health care professional then that raises many questions as to where you get your qualifications for being a nurse or Doctor. You can't tell me that as a doctor you entering a room whilst a nurse was still busy with a patient, the nurse just arrogantly said he is doctor so he is allowed to the room at given time. Secondly there was nothing proving that those two ladies were nurses. To whom ever is responsible for appointing the staff at UNJANI Clinic you will be reported one day.

The Sister Mboni has been exceptionally helpful.. she’s been assisting with my ANC visits, her service is amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. Overall experience here is extremely great.

Today was my first visit for ANC and I was so scared I thought the experience will be the same with other clinics but to my surprise it wasn't, I got the best service from sister Mboni and sister Nthabi, they explained everything I needed to know and they let you ask questions if you don't understand. Can't wait for my next visit.

The nurses claim to be professionals but they ask you your personal information on the que where there’s everyone so now everyone must know why you are at the clinic for? There’s no form of privacy, even coming from the room, you hear them talking to the other nurses at the receptionist about what happened in the room hated it
