What an amazing gym it is with first class amenities. Very well maintained and equiped gym with all the modern facilities including jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, group fitness classes, swimming pool, weights area, cardio section, shoe cleaning section, cafe, chiropractor and lot more. It’s indeed one of the best gyms across South Africa.

We were invited to attend a spinning class as a way of introducing us to the club . Russell was the instructor and he was great the studio looks good but not that functional, the spin bikes are very uncomfortable and there is no microphone for the instructor. Overall the gym is a beautiful space, very empty, there were only 3 people in the class. The ladies bathrooms looks like a 5 star hotel! Parking is an issue because you need pay for that, but the overall space is beautiful. Old eds definitely has more of a vibe. This gym feels very exclusive, staff are friendly and lots of equipment. It's going to cost you, but if exclusive is your vibe then this is the place for you.

Great Healthclub. Excellent service with friendly professionals (from Personal trainer's, fitness instructors to the cleaning staff). A conducive environment in health and fitness for working professionals, after a long day. I make it a point to train and relax my body here at least twice a week. Good one, guys
