Virgin Active Gym Old Eds

I love this gym! It is always clean, set up well, and the staff is super friendly. I get greeted with a smile every morning by the receptionist, which is always a nice touch. Kauai is also great, and the staff there is always ready to help. One of my favorite things about this gym is having a chiropractor on site. Dr. Kanwal Sood has been a lifesaver for me — he’s helped a lot with my back, neck, and shoulder pain. I’ve seen him several times, and each visit has made a big difference. I highly recommend him if you're dealing with any aches or pains. Vincent’s spin classes are another highlight! He brings so much energy to the class, and he really pushes everyone to work hard. You always feel great after. The gym is always kept clean, and the change rooms are spacious. It’s a friendly, welcoming place, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid gym to train at!

UPDATE: After my car was broken into and I was robbed in the old Ed’s parking lot, I was told by the manager to open a case with the police so that I could see the camera footage. When I sent the case number through, I phoned back to see the footage and the manager told me I can’t see it without a police present? Sounds dodgy and kind of like an inside job. This isn’t the first time something weird has happened at this branch, a few months ago, I was followed to my car by a weird man and the same camera footage problem came up when I reported that too. You should come to this gym if you enjoy getting robbed. If you are the kind of person who likes having their car broken into, mangled, broken and your valuables stolen all while having a steam or a run on a treadmill then this is the gym for you!

One of my favorite gym, the space is big. The equipment is new.

The gym is good and spacious especial their change rooms, they also enough weight section, however they just seem to be having challenges with power and water almost all the time and it is really disappointing and it ruins the gym' image.

I do think they need to get new equipment .. and a whole restructuring of the weight training area .. Because it gets so full it will accommodate people better .. but the gym itself is nice ..
