I absolutely love this community and connecting with the students. As a teacher it’s a dream to teach in a beautiful space that fosters growth and connection. The classes are always special and unique, whether I’m teaching or attending a class, I always leave with my heart full and my soul at ease!

I'm absolutely obsessed with Yogihood! This studio is my sanctuary, my happy place where I can escape the chaos of everyday life and connect with my inner self. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate. I'm hooked and can't wait to get to the studio every day!

Ive had the privilege of practicing yoga with Pia Tedeschi at Yogihood. Pia has elevated my yoga journey. Every class is unique and challenging and I am feeling and seeing the benefits. Yogihood is a lovely space and I always enjoy my classes there.

I am blessed with the opportunity to both teach and attend yoga in this beautiful studio. As both a student and teacher Pia has thought of everything to allow me to feel safe and nurtured. As a student it’s great to be able to pick and choose the type and intensity of yoga I feel drawn to that day. I know I can trust each teacher to support where I’m at and encourage me to explore deeper levels of my practice. As a teacher I feel like I’ve joined a loving family of like-minded teachers who have the best interests of our students at heart. I feel confident to be able to recommend and encourage my students to try the different offerings so as to grow their practice and deepen their experience.
