Pepper went for basic obedience training. It was one month, once a week. And it was very low cost. Because Pepper is a toy breed, they are known to be difficult to train. But this was no challenge for Julie, Janneque and the team. The training has been so effective that people are still impressed with Peppers obedience!
Shortly after I began to send Pepper for grooming and daycare. She always comes back looking amazing with no complications.

I opened his bandage a few days later. The female doctor that’s there cut off his entire nails from the bare root away from the injured area(no wonder he was screaming his guts out when they took him in the back. He was completely calm in the front with the both of us there)
Read the other reviews and saw that other pet owners complained about the nail being cut too short and bleeding. Now I’m assured they mistreat animals (just the lady vet. The guy is great)
She did not shave his paw as she said she was and I’m not sure if she just threw on some bandages without using an ointment or proper treatment as his paw looked the same colour and had dried blood from before she bandaged him when we opened his bandages and was added onto my invoice.
Furthermore she bandaged his arm in such an awkward angle (almost 45 degrees) and it was so tight that we were forced to remove it off and the upper part of his arm was red to a point were there were specs of blood on his perfectly normal arm
The white guy that’s there was very good with my babies. The female one is always rude to my family and charges a leg and an arm and takes it out on your animal when they moan.
Once she was done with my cat she gave him a small pat on the head whereas when we first went in she was completely unfriendly with him. I suspect that was because she knew what she did at the back. Looking for a contact number to report her.

I bought a kitten from the owner 2 weeks ago for my wife’s birthday, I asked the owner to keep her for an extra week as it was too early for my wife’s birthday .
The following week I went to collect and we had her in our possession for 3 days and she got terribly ill. She had to be hospitalised for two days and unfortunately she didn’t make it though the night.
The vet had informed that the kitten was too young to have left her mother ( she was 4 weeks). The guy at the pet store told me of her age, but I was completely unaware of this situation.
I’m extremely disappointed that he wouldn’t think to inform me of this situation!

Let me start by saying that whatever customers are reporting regarding this establishment, take heed.
Placed an order on the 10th January, got an email on the 14th saying “Order is Dispatched” waited a couple days,order didn’t arrive.
Contacted them around the 16th, call was answered by a gentleman who is a master passive aggressive agent.
We are told to read their T&C’s as they are still within the time frame for delivery and are not overdue. Cool. However, they were experiencing some problems, so now he can only dispatch my order on Thursday, which means I’ll only receive it the following week.
(So that email saying dispatch happened on the 14th is what exactly?)
Now, the delivery timeline will lapse.
At this point, I say to him, “ok, since this is now the case, let’s just cancel the order, and you can refund me.” He says, sure, but there will be a handling charge on the refund.
I argue that he hasn’t even shipped the item yet, so what handling charge must I pay for? Again, he points me to his T&C’s, stating that it’s all in there.
I’m frustrated at this point as it’s apparent now as to what I’m dealing with. I say fine, take the handling fee and refund the balance.
Radio silence from him after this. Three weeks later, I got another email saying my order was dispatched, I responded and said, I do not want the item and want my refund, no response. My doorbell rings today, and the item is at my door. A whole FIVE WEEKS later.
Now, I didn’t get the refund and no longer have a need for the item as I had purchased it elsewhere in the meantime.
The desperation in needing to force this sale on me, even after I was willing to lose the ‘Handling fee” speaks volumes.
I will never support this business again. If you decide to, do so at your own peril.
