They have got everything for the home under one room. Electronic like television, washing machine, electric kettle, iron, sandwich maker, air fryer, side bed lamp, and fans. Furniture includes couches, office desks, chairs, TV stands, and more.

They also got groceries on the ground floor. The only issue here is they have got few attendances on the isles to assist. Items prices are reasonable.

It’s pathetic a company as big as Game they can’t update they trading hours. You website says you open at 8:30 also trading hours in stores but at the store they open at 9:00 it’s misleading fix it for you customers convenience.

When you return a faulty item they put it back to the shelf. I bought two items, when I got home I realized they were faulty and took them back. The guy who assisted me literally packed the items in the shelf for the next customer to buy. It’s true what people say about game stores, they sell faulty rejected items.

Useless, incompetent and rude.

Set up an account and made my first purchase. 4 days later I have still no word of shipping. Contacted one of their persons through the WhatsApp link and had to encourage him like a 4 year old to help me.
I was then told there was no stock even though it stated so on the website when purchasing. Then he has the nerve to tell me I have to phone so and so to get a refund.
I have after 5 days received a refund, but not even a sorry, can we help with anything else, or thanks for your business.

I bought new equipment that arrived as used and defective.

When I called in I was met with a very rude sales person who eventually passed the phone to Mohammed (the owner) who was exceptionally rude and accused me of swapping the goods with defective items. Have you ever?? Imagine selling crap to a supporting customer just to kick them to the kerb post the sale.

Be aware that once you have paid then the rest is history, adios mr customer and thanks for your money….

How these guys stay in business is beyond me.

Fantastic service from Asetos when my laptop decied to not turn on and I was in panic mode. They kept me updated regularly and knew what the issue was within a couple hours. Though the whole service took longer than expected due to having to order a part from overseas, but once arrived, my laptop was returned in perfect working order – as good as new! Highly recommended and would come to them again!

i had a power issue with the laptop, it was fixed the same day, staff is kind and very welcoming, they’ll explain everything to you, they keep in touch with you laptop. The only problem i removed one star was that, on Saturday , their opening time on the website is 9H30 and they opened around 9h55, so they were kinda late to open, but is was fine.

I always shop here and I have overlooked so many things. I went in December to claim an item ,they did everything for me to be sent to the insurance and I was told I was going to be called by the store when the insurance has approved everything. Fast forward to January, still no communication from the store . I call to follow up, I was told the person who sent in the claim didn’t follow up with the insurance like they should have, I must wait. I asked what happens if the insurance expires in the meantime and I have already claimed? I was told It will forfeit. So basically they don’t do what they tell you they will do , they delay the process to avoid replacing the items claimed! I then called the insurance as they have reached out to me to ask about the claim before. I was told the claim was approved. I Asked to be email the letter and they also CC’d the store. The store never called me, like they said they would. But that wasn’t an issue as I also had the claim letter , I went to the store and it looked like they don’t check their emails at all. I was assisted but their system was “down “ . They were not able to provide me with a receipt, they asked for my email to send an electronic one when their system is back up. It’s been a day and half and no communication has been done again. I work in the customer service industry so I know how things work and the service in this store looks like they are always trying to get rid of the customers and move to the next. According to me this is their way of making sure no returns are made since there is no receipt. I love shopping here since it’s convenient for me but I am very disappointed in the continuous decline in the service they have provided me with .

Bought an iMac from the Online Store and received a lower spec unit!!! Fraudulent Bait and Switch tactic. You will FAIL to get a human on the phone, but forced to use email and whatsapp. Turns out they don’t have the unit I ordered. I then had to go through the whole process of returning the item via Korea while I am working, so I have to have people come to the house pick the unit up. I received the replacement unit, however they are deep scratches on the screen!!! So here I go again, having to return the second unit!!! Avoid at all costs.

It was my first time in South-Africa, and i learnt of this shop online. I then met the sales rep called shoni, and i wanted to buy a gaming computer. The price was outstanding and they customized my own gaming desktop within only 2 hours, while i sat and waited and chatted with the lovely staff. The tehnician Ali was amazing at his craft.
